He possesses a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex operations and major capital projects ($multi-billion) from concept through to sustained high performance. Neville excels at driving operational excellence, enhancing safety culture, optimising asset performance, managing risk, and developing high-performing organizations. His experience spans senior executive roles (VP Operations, VP HSE, GM) and board-level positions, providing clients with practical, impactful guidance grounded in extensive real-world execution.

• Executive Advisor / VP Operations / VP HSE / GM Offshore Operations (INPEX Australia): Held progressively senior leadership roles including the Ichthys LNG development (~$45B project). Key achievements include leading operations (750+ staff, 1500+ contractors) post-startup to stabilise and optimise production, executing major shutdowns, managing COVID crisis response, transforming HSE systems from project to operator mode, leading the offshore operations team through HUC and start-up, and providing executive-level advisory across critical business functions.

• Senior Management Roles (ConocoPhillips): Held diverse leadership positions including managing integrated operations support (engineering, projects, maintenance, PSM) for Bayu-Undan/Darwin LNG, leading global Operations Excellence reviews, and managing operations for both Darwin LNG plant and the Bayu-Undan offshore field, consistently meeting or exceeding production and safety targets, and executing major projects/shutdowns.

• Board Leadership (Safer Together, ACEPT): Served as Board President/Operator Co-Chair and Advisory Board Chair/Deputy Chair for key industry bodies, driving improved service delivery, governance, and cost discipline.

• Early Career: Extensive operational experience including Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) roles with Oceaneering and ExxonMobil, and power plant operations.
